Hi All - We are starting a funk/jazz/rock band and are looking for a high quality lead singer, preferably female. We'll be focusing on funk, soul, R&B and some jazz too from the late 60s forward to the 80s. Or really anything that fits with the broad concept. We each have varied tastes and are down for anything that works. The singer can be anywhere from the mode of Janis Joplin, to Aretha, to Chaka Khan or anyone else that fits the bill and clicks. We have guitar (me), bass, drums, keyboards and a multi-sax player. We will begin rehearsing in Montgomery County. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks.
